Membership Registration Procedures

Below find a copy of the letter I mailed dated November 19, 1998, to all patrol directors stating the correct process in sending your patrol registration. The reason for this repeat of the letter is a few of the PD's (thankfully only three to date) have sent in their registrations directly to Donna McGraw or NSP, NOT THEIR SECTION CHIEF. This has caused a problem with record keeping for the Section and the Region plus the dues. For those of you that have not submitted your registration please read and follow the instruction listed below. Thank you. Guy.

Subject: Registration for the 98/99 season

November 19, 1998

All the refresher are now completed except for a few of the "On the Hill" and chair evacs. As it was in the past under Mike Lancet's administration the registering of your patrol has NOT CHANGED. Below is a review of the correct way to send in forms and money.

The total amount for EACH patroller you register is still $50.00. As in the past it is to be sent to your SECTION CHIEF, NOT TO DONNA OR NSP, this has not changed. If you not sure of the Section Chief I have listed them below. Southern Section - Mike DeViese, Eastern Section - Steve Schopfer, Western Section - Bob Stark.

Along with the money a TRANSMITTAL sheet, THREE COPIES OF THE ROSTER that you should check YES OR NO and if you have new people or transfers the WHITE, BLUE, & YELLOW sheet from the NSP MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION FORM. Your Section chief will do the break down. If you submit additional registration the same still applies.

For those that are new to this process the breakdown of the $50.00 is as follows: NSP $27.00, Division $10.00, Region $10.00, and Section $3.00 What extra you charge your patroller's is your money not to be included in the registration process.
