OEC=Outdoor Emergency Care; LE=lift evacuation; OTH=on the hill; MCI=mass casualty incident. NOTE: All refreshers have a start time of 8:00 AM unless otherwise noted. All participants must come with fully stocked packs and current NSP registration and OEC cards!
