This is the only meeting that the Region will have prior to the start of the season. In the four years that I have had the honor of serving as your Region Director we have had an excellent attendance. Hopefully this will continue.

With this ADVANCE NOTICE I hope you all will be able to arrange your schedule to attend. If you can not make it PLEASE have someone there from your patrol that will get the information for you.

At the Mid –Winter meeting in Lakeland CO held in January of this year the NSP, Division BOD and Officers discussed a number of changes that will affect all of us. I have invited people from the Division hoping they can attend to explain what the future will hold. In the past we have always had the honor of the Jerry Sherman taking time off his very demanding schedule to address the meeting and explain what will happen. I have also invited the new Division Awards Supervisor Bill Boulter in hopes he can attend to explain the awards process.

REMEMBER THE DATE—AUGUST 10, 2002. Start time 9:00AM If you plan on staying the night before please call the number listed above, ask for Amy Blair and ID yourself as part of the NSP meeting.
